In These Conditions:

“The Company” means Divine Mats, a brand name of Performatic Ltd reg no 09409805.

“The Customer” means the person, form, or company whose order is accepted by the Company.

“The Goods” means the goods which the Company is to supply in accordance with these conditions of sale.


Before proceeding with your order, it's essential to thoroughly review and comprehend these Terms and Conditions. By continuing with your purchase, you acknowledge your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there are any parts of these terms you disagree with, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your order.

Conditions of Sale

All transactions conducted by Divine Mats, a brand under Performatic Ltd reg no 09409805, are subject to these conditions of sale. Any additional conditions of sale, purchase, or contract terms are only considered valid if explicitly agreed upon by all the Directors of the Company.

Changes to Terms

Divine Mats reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. It's the Customer's responsibility to regularly review these terms. By continuing to use the Site after any modifications, you agree to accept the revised terms.


Orders placed by the Customer, whether verbal, written, or through our eCommerce system, are binding only upon acceptance by Divine Mats. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, even after payment, due to errors or other reasons. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

Product Information and Pricing

While Divine Mats strives to provide accurate product information and pricing on its website, errors may occur. In case of an error in product information or pricing, Divine Mats reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers will be promptly notified of any cancellations and provided with options for correction or substitution, if possible.

Acceptance of Orders and Payment

While delivery lead times may be estimated at the time of inquiry, actual availability of goods is subject to confirmation upon order processing. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make full payment within 30 days of the invoice date will incur interest charges. Divine Mats may take legal action to recover outstanding debts.

Retention of Title

Property in the Goods remains with Divine Mats until full payment has been received from the Customer. Until then, the Customer must retain possession of the Goods as a bailee and agent of Divine Mats. The Customer is permitted to use or sell the Goods in the ordinary course of business, provided certain conditions are met.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been acknowledged by Divine Mats, it cannot be cancelled due to the fast processing of printed products and customisation.

Payment Methods

Divine Mats accepts Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Electron, and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed in GBP.

Pricing Policy

Divine Mats reserves the right to alter prices and garment specifications without prior notice.

Product Availability

While efforts are made to ensure product availability, Divine Mats cannot guarantee stock availability. In case of unavailability or pricing errors, customers will be notified, and appropriate actions will be taken.

Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are required to take delivery of ordered goods when tendered. Failure to do so may result in additional costs. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns Policy

Refunds are not available for custom orders unless the products are defective. Customer-supplied goods are printed at no risk to Divine Mats. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt and will not be accepted if products have been used, worn, or washed.


Orders and payments are processed using a secure system with 128-bit encryption. Divine Mats reserves the right to record telephone communications and request proof of transaction details.

The Website

Divine Mats reserves the right to change the website and update information without notice. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access to the website.

Liability and Indemnity

Divine Mats is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products/services ordered. Customers agree to indemnify Divine Mats against any claims arising from breach of these Terms and Conditions.


These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in English courts.


Divine Mats may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of invalidity of any provision, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions do not create a charge over any assets of the Customer in favour of Divine Mats.
